Laura Deffis

Laura Deffis is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and strategy, currently serving as Associate Director of HR Strategy at Ubisoft since January 2013. With a strong background in HR management and communications, Laura is part of the executive committee, responsible for people-related topics and internal communications while supporting various business teams within a dynamic environment. Previous roles include HR & Communications Manager and Senior HR Strategy Program Manager at Ubisoft, as well as HR development apprentice at AREVA BG Amont and a trainee role at Danone Eaux France. Laura holds a Master 2 in Management des Ressources Humaines from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and possesses a solid foundation in social law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and University of Buenos Aires.
