Léonor Ferrer Catala is currently the UX Team Lead at Ubisoft, where they manage a team of UX designers and focus on mentoring and developing their skills. They began their journey at Ubisoft as an intern while obtaining a master's degree, gradually advancing to various roles, including UX Designer and Design Lead. Léonor has a solid educational background with two master's degrees in cognitive sciences and digital technology ergonomics, as well as bachelor's degrees in integrative and evolutionary biology and cognitive sciences. Prior to their time at Ubisoft, they gained experience as a social psychology researcher during internships at CNRS and LabEx IMU.
