Marc Muraccini has extensive experience in intellectual property law, particularly in trademark and patent management. At Ubisoft Entertainment, Marc has progressed from Worldwide Trademark Counsel to Senior Trademark & Patent Counsel and currently serves as VP, Head of Trademark & IP, overseeing global trademark prosecution and portfolio management since October 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Benech Law Firm, where responsibilities included conducting prior art searches and managing intellectual property portfolios. Marc earned a Maitrise in Private Law and a DEA in Intellectual Property Law from Université de Nantes.
