Maxime Brodeur

Maxime Brodeur is the Service Director of Information Technology at Ubisoft, where they lead the Observability strategy and manage international NOC and DevOps teams. Their career began as a night shift NOC operator, and they have since progressed through various roles, including Manager of the NOC team and Director of IT Services. Maxime has a strong focus on team autonomy and operational efficiency, driven by a commitment to improving support and communication processes in IT operations. They are currently pursuing a degree in Network and System Administration at Cégep Édouard Montpetit.
