Meghna De is a seasoned professional with a strong background in project management and diversity initiatives, currently serving as the Manager of Diversity & Inclusion and Special Projects at Ubisoft since March 2018. Meghna has successfully managed the establishment of Ubisoft Asia's first industry-academia partnership, led cross-functional projects, and developed a comprehensive Diversity & Inclusion roadmap for Ubisoft India Studios. Prior experience includes roles as an International Project Manager at Switch ON, where Meghna focused on connecting marginalized farmers with urban markets for sustainable practices, and internships at Credit Suisse and IDFC, where analytical skills were honed. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Public Policy from Sciences Po, alongside additional studies at Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Jadavpur University.
