Murat Senol

Murat Senol is an experienced professional in player support and customer service, currently serving as Senior Manager of Player Support Operations at Ubisoft since October 2020, following a progression to Manager in the same department. Prior to Ubisoft, Murat worked at Wargaming from November 2012 to October 2020, where roles included Business Analyst, Customer Service Team Lead, and Customer Service Representative. Murat co-founded and served as Managing Shareholder at Deneysel Ltd from July 2007 to September 2012 and held the position of Shareholder at Thermomed Ltd from July 2006 to July 2007. Initial career experience includes serving as HPLC Product Specialist at Sesa Elektronik from November 2005 to June 2006. Murat holds a Master's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Marmara University, attained between 2002 and 2005.
