Oana Tanislav

Oana Tanislav is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in leading data communication strategies at Ubisoft since December 2018 as the Data Community & Data Office Communications Lead. Oana has successfully established and advocated for data communities of practice, connecting over 1,000 data experts across various domains. Prior roles at Ubisoft include Global IT Communications Manager and Internal Communications Manager, where Oana executed communication strategies, organized major internal events, and facilitated executive communications. Oana also founded Level Up Kids, an educational center promoting foreign language learning through gamification. Earlier experience includes impactful communications roles at Orange Romania, contributing to HR initiatives and internal communication channels, significantly enhancing employee satisfaction. Oana holds an MA in Communications & PR from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative and a BA in Foreign Languages & Literatures from the University of Bucharest.
