Raphaëlle Lalo

Raphaëlle Lalo is the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Ubisoft for Europe, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, where they participate in the design, execution, and measurement of the company's global D&I strategy. With over a decade of experience, Raphaëlle has previously held positions including Project Manager in HR Strategy & Transformation at AXA and Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Experience Manager at Ubisoft. As a lecturer at EDHEC Business School, they teach a course on managing diversity and inclusion in the entertainment industry. Raphaëlle holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from ESSEC Business School and a Master of Arts from Ecole normale superieure de Cachan.
