Previous roles include Brand Director for International Brand Strategy, where Shara crafted global strategies for a diverse range of games and led consumer research, notably representing the creators of South Park. Shara's career at Ubisoft also encompassed leadership positions in international brand strategy, contributing to franchises like Rocksmith and Just Dance Kids. Before joining Ubisoft, Shara was an Account Executive at International Contact, managing major clients and overseeing localization processes.
