Teo Popa has extensive experience in the gaming industry, primarily with Ubisoft since March 2007, where positions have included Level Design & World Director for "Star Wars Outlaws," Level Design Director for "Rainbow 6 Extraction," and Game Design Director for both "Ghost Recon Breakpoint" and "Watch Dogs Legion." Additionally, Teo has served as Content Director for "Ghost Recon Wildlands" and its Ghost War PvP mode, as well as Lead Game Designer for "Tom Clancy’s HAWX2" and "Ghost Recon Future Soldier" with the Romanian team. Prior experience at FUN labs from 2002 to 2007 involved game design and 3D artistry for various Cabela's titles and other games. Teo holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in General Medicine from Universitatea de Medicină și Farmacie “Carol Davila” din București and a high school diploma in mathematics and physics from Colegiul National “ION C. BRĂTIANU."
