Thomas Scott is a trusted executive partner and people-first leader with over 15 years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, and enterprise project management. Currently serving as Production Director for Online Services at Ubisoft, Thomas leads the modernization of production strategies and fosters collaboration across diverse global teams. Previously, roles included Senior Director at CBC/Radio-Canada and senior project management positions at Nurun and Infinite Game Publishing, where they delivered transformative projects and successfully aligned products with business strategies.
