With expertise in team management and a comprehensive understanding of various development tools, Xiaolong has contributed to several high-profile projects, including AAA titles such as Ghost Recon and Splinter Cell. Previously, Xiaolong held positions at renowned companies like Ubisoft and Nerdcore Learning, where they managed teams, developed schedules, and created marketing initiatives. Xiaolong earned an MFA in Design & Technology from the San Francisco Art Institute.
