Verena Lichius

Verena Lichius has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Verena currently holds the position of HR-Managerin - Recruiting at ubitricity, where they focus on promoting electromobility, energy transition, and digitization. Prior to this, Verena worked as a Personalreferentin at Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) from February 2020 to May 2021. Before joining BVG, they gained extensive experience at Tempo-Team, where they held various roles such as Senior Personal- und Kundenberater, On Site Manager, and Personal- und Vertriebsdisponentin from 2012 to 2020. Verena started their career as a Personaldisponent at BSB GmbH in September 2004 and worked there until December 2011.

Verena Lichius has a strong education background in business and management. Verena attended BBSW Trier from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Betriebswirtschaft und Unternehmensmanagement as a staatlich geprüfter Betriebswirt.
