Joaquín Céspedes

Joaquín Céspedes is currently a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for LATAM at UBITS, where they lead end-to-end recruitment processes and champion diversity and inclusion initiatives. With seven years of combined experience in Talent Acquisition and Diversity and Inclusion, Joaquín has previously worked in various roles including Senior Selection Analyst at Teleperformance and Human Resources Recruiter at Transcom. They also served as Head of the Program Administration Office at Fundación GAAT, focusing on labor insertion for marginalized communities. Joaquín is pursuing a Master's in International Affairs at Universidad Externado de Colombia, where they also earned degrees in Finance and International Relations.
