Jonathan Sanchez

Jonathan Sanchez's work experience starts with their current role as VP of Engineering at UBITS since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as VP of Technology at Merqueo from 2015 to 2023, where they led a team of over 140 people and contributed to strategic planning goals. Jonathan also served as a Backend Developer at Merqueo from 2015 to 2016, responsible for development and management of web applications.

Before joining Merqueo, Jonathan worked at Publicar - Publicidad y Soluciones Multimedia as a PHP Analyst from 2014 to 2015, where they provided technical support for commercial proposals and implemented software projects. Jonathan also worked as a Software Engineer at Enigmind from 2013 to 2014, where they analyzed, designed, and developed functional software projects.

Jonathan's work experience includes a role as a PHP Developer at I2B Technologies from 2010 to 2013, where they analyzed, designed, and implemented software projects. Prior to that, they worked at PRONTICOURIER EXPRES S.A.S as a Lead Software Engineer from 2008 to 2010 and as a Software Engineer from 2007 to 2008, where they developed web applications and managed Linux servers, databases, and networks.

Jonathan Sanchez attended Universidad Simón Bolívar from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a degree in Systems Engineering with a focus on Computer networks. Jonathan also studied Conversational English at Universidad del Atlántico from 2004 to 2006.
