Adrian Ridley

Adrian Ridley is currently a Director and Operational Risk Manager at UBS Investment Bank in London, where they coordinate and assess operational risk identification and management across the Group finance functions. Adrian began their career at UBS as an intern in SOX Global Reporting and has since held various roles, including MI Analyst and Macro Rates Product Controller, demonstrating a consistent ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. Prior to joining UBS, Adrian developed a business for eco-friendly educational toys in the UK and worked as an accounts assistant in the renewable energy sector. They hold a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Durham and an ACMA in Management Accounting from CIMA.
