Alan Azar

Alan Azar is a tax attorney with extensive experience in advising clients on federal, state, and local tax issues. They have held associate positions at several law firms, including Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP, where they counseled clients on complex business transactions and tax-advantaged real estate deals from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, Alan was an associate at Dechert LLP and Shartsis Friese LLP, among others. Currently, they serve as an Associate Tax Efficiency Planning Strategist at UBS, focusing on family office solutions and advanced planning. Alan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law.
