Alan Spierer

Alan Spierer, CEPA®, is a Senior Vice President Retirement Plans Consultant at UBS Financial Services, where they have worked since 1993. With over 35 years of experience, Alan founded a practice advising on more than two billion dollars in client assets, serving over 125 families and 70 corporate clients, including public, private, and not-for-profit organizations. An Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), Alan focuses on simplifying plan complexity for clients and fostering long-term financial understanding. They have held leadership roles in various professional organizations, including the NAPA Government Affairs Committee, and authored their father's autobiography in 2014. Alan resides in New Jersey with their family and is a lifelong student of self-defense.
