Alice Gonzalez

Alice Gonzalez is an Executive Director and Developer Collaboration Tooling Lead at UBS, where they also lead Engineering Culture Initiatives in the GOTO Transformation Office. With a strong background in engineering and technology, Alice has held various roles at UBS, including Software Engineer and IT Delivery Manager, and previously worked as an intern in the Investment Banking Department. Alice holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University and has experience as a Language Analyst, contributing to an automated translation system. Additionally, they taught piano to beginners at M.V.Uboldi Conservatory.
