Aline Erb

Aline Erb is the Head of HR in Monaco and the Head of HR Delivery for EMEA SMC at UBS, where they focus on leading HR initiatives across small countries in the region. Aline previously held various roles at UBS from 2014 to 2017, including Head of HR Service Delivery Luxembourg and Project Manager for HR Service Delivery CH/EMEA. Their career began with positions at CRP - Gabriel Lippmann as an administrative assistant and at Guardian Industries as an HR Assistant. Aline holds a BAC in Economics from Lucie Berger and a BTS in Marketing and Hotel Management from Ecole hôteliere d'Illkirch.
