Alvin Lim is currently the Campus Recruiting Lead for Investment Banking APAC at UBS, a role they began in 2024. Prior to this, Alvin held various positions in recruitment and HR, including serving as an AVP and Senior Campus Recruiter at Citi from 2021 to 2024 and as Early Talent Recruitment Lead at GSK from 2019 to 2021. They gained diverse experience through internships and earlier roles in organizations such as Searchasia Singapore and Far East Organization. Alvin earned a Bachelor of Business Management in Marketing and Strategic Management from Singapore Management University, following an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Utahloy International School of Guangzhou.
