Amit Kumar Gorai

Amit Kumar Gorai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Director at UBS since 2019, Amit's prior role was as Associate Director. Amit began work at Cognizant in January 2015, focusing on the UBS client account as a Senior Business Analyst, contributing to the development of the IM Actions Corporate Action Processing system. Previously, Amit worked at Tata Consultancy Services from August 2007 to September 2014 as an Information Technology Analyst, where responsibilities evolved from C++ and DB2 SQL coding on mainframe systems to roles including Tester and Corporate Action Module Lead for projects related to the Development Bank of Singapore. Amit holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, along with a High School diploma from Chinmaya Vidyalaya in Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand.
