Amritpal Singh

Amritpal Singh is a dedicated Conversational Artificial Intelligence Lead at UBS, where they spearhead the development of Chatbot Amelia by managing user stories, enhancing machine learning models, and increasing chat adoption rates significantly. Previously, Amritpal has held roles as a Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master, where they facilitated communication between teams, led project deliveries, and optimized business processes for clients such as Asurion and Verizon. They also gained experience as a Summer Activity Leader and an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, honing their leadership and instructional skills. Amritpal holds a degree from the University at Buffalo.
