Andrew Hollerbach is currently an Associate Director in Asset Management at UBS, where they analyze property appraisals, budgets, and operational trends for a multi-family asset portfolio valued over $1 billion. Previously, Andrew has held the roles of Real Estate Analyst and interim Product Specialist at UBS, contributing to various financial analyses and report developments. Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Management and Business Analytics, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, both from Clark University. They began their career at LAZ Parking as a Valet, where exceptional customer service was emphasized.
