Anna Baca is a Chief of Staff to the Sustainability and Impact COO, bringing a diverse background in finance and business management. They began their career with internships in accounting at John Deere and an AUDIT Firm of Chartered Certified Accountants before moving to UBS, where they held roles ranging from Business Manager in Wealth Management Europe to Business Strategist in the Chief Sustainability Office. They earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Poznaniu, complemented by an Erasmus Exchange Semester at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
