Austin Lawrence

Austin Lawrence is currently the Director of Initiative Management at UBS, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this role, they worked as a Banking Management Consultant at Accenture from 2021 to 2025 and gained experience as a Credit Risk Analyst at Credit Suisse from 2019 to 2021. Austin also served as an Investment Analyst and a Fixed Income and Macroeconomic Research Analyst, both in 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a waiter at Bridge Tender Restaurant from 2016 to 2017. Austin graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2018, following their high school education at Cary Academy from 2010 to 2014.
