Avinash Sharma

Avinash Sharma is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in derivatives and legal documentation. Currently serving as Director at UBS since January 2017, Avinash oversees OTC Derivatives Documentation for the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on risk and regulatory controls as well as legal documentation execution. Prior to UBS, Avinash worked at Goldman Sachs as an Associate in Derivatives Operations and ISDA Negotiation, contributing to master agreement risk management and reconciliation processes. At Mphasis, Avinash held the position of Senior Manager, leading a team in the remediation of client agreements to comply with federal guidelines. Avinash began a career in finance as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank, after obtaining an MBA in Finance from The ICFAI University and a BBA in Finance and Operations from JAIN College.
