Bartosz Spałek

Bartosz Spałek is a seasoned professional in anti-money laundering (AML) and transaction monitoring, currently serving as the Director of AML Transaction Monitoring at UBS since 2024. They previously held roles at Credit Suisse as Vice President of Global FCC Surveillance Engineering, where they developed a novel transaction monitoring system, and at Sionic as a Senior Consultant focused on compliance and risk management technologies. Bartosz's career began at Citi, where they progressed from AML Analyst to AML Senior Analyst and Associate Vice President in EMEA AML TM Risk Management. They earned a Master’s degree in Informatics and Econometrics from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie in 2010.
