Bartosz Szot

Bartosz Szot is a seasoned Business Risk Manager and currently holds the position of Director at UBS. They began their career as an intern at Fortis Bank/BNP Paribas in 2006, later taking on various roles within the company, such as Junior Relationship Manager and Operational Risk Inspector. Bartosz transitioned to HEINEKEN as a Service Lead from 2015 to 2019, before returning to UBS, where they have advanced through multiple positions to become a Director, specializing in risk management. Bartosz holds two Master's degrees in Management & Marketing and Political Science from Jagiellonian University, complemented by further education in Financial Markets.
