Bill Kaiser

Bill Kaiser is an experienced operations professional and people leader with over 15 years of expertise in collateral and margin operations. Currently, they serve as the Executive Director and Product Owner for Operations Enablement at UBS, overseeing the US Margin Operations team and driving efforts in risk management, compliance, and operational efficiency. Previously, Kaiser held key leadership roles at Credit Suisse and served as Manager of Derivatives Operations at CIBC. They are known for fostering a continuous improvement mindset within their teams and are recognized for their meticulous attention to compliance and controls. Kaiser is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at St. John's University.
