Billy Chow

Billy Chow is an accomplished professional in property management and engineering, currently serving as Director of Property Management at UBS since November 2019. Prior to this role, Billy held several significant positions including Technical Services Manager at The Hong Kong Jockey Club from April 2013 to November 2019, Engineering Manager for North Asia at Deutsche Bank from November 2008 to April 2013, and Regional Senior Engineer at Lehman Brothers Asia Holding Limited for a brief period in 2008. Earlier in their career, Billy was the Regional Engineering Manager for Lehman Brothers at Johnson Controls from February 2006 to April 2008. Billy Chow earned a PhD in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford and a BEng (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Warwick.
