Caetano Costa has a solid background in IT support and infrastructure, beginning with an internship at Grupo GP from October 2014 to October 2015. Following this, Caetano worked as a Service Desk Agent at Globalweb Corp until December 2016, then transitioned to a Bilingual End User Support Analyst and Service Desk Agent at Kalendae from September 2018 to February 2020. After a role as End User Support Tech Leader at Algar Tech, the focus shifted to IT Infrastructure at Credit Suisse from November 2020 to May 2024.
