Caroline Kostka

Caroline Kostka is the Executive Director of Governmental Affairs EMEA at UBS, a position they currently hold. Previously, they served as Director of Public Policy Europe & UK at Credit Suisse, where they focused on advocacy and impact analysis for EU financial regulation. Caroline's extensive experience includes roles such as Co-Chair of the Regulatory Policy Committee at ICMA and EU Government Affairs Manager at the Federation of European Direct and Interactive Marketing. They also contributed to the European Commission as a lawyer in the Better Regulation Unit and worked as a consultant for the OECD on regulatory reform.
