Chiraz Sassi

Chiraz Sassi has extensive experience in performance management and client management, currently serving as a Client Manager at UBS since December 2024. Previously, from October 2020 to March 2024, Chiraz held various roles at Capita, including Performance Manager, where responsibilities included meeting service level objectives and managing team productivity, and as a Junior Performance Manager focused on addressing client needs and complaints. Additionally, Chiraz was responsible for organizing tasks for a team of six and ensuring continuous coverage. Chiraz holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Université Centrale Polytechnique and a degree in Human Resources Management from CEFCO.
