Christopher Mellgren

Christopher Mellgren is an ITIL/ITSM Specialist with extensive experience in Business Systems Analysis, Operations, and Capacity Management. They served as a Capacity Planning Project Specialist at Community Health Systems from 2009 to 2018, where they initiated the Capacity Planning function and utilized various tools for analysis and reporting. Currently, they work as a Risk/Problem Manager at UBS, focusing on risk management and problem resolution. Christopher has also held positions at Fidelity Investments and FM Global, gaining a wealth of knowledge in IT service management and server administration. They earned a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, and Interdisciplinary (Energy Analysis) from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
