Christy Hess is currently the Chief of Staff for Global Markets Americas at UBS. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Vice President at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital, and Global Sales COO at Wells Fargo. Christy also served as COO of FX, Rates & Credit Distribution Americas at UBS and co-chaired the Mosaic Americas initiative, promoting multicultural employee engagement. They are pursuing a Master's degree at Columbia University while holding a Bachelor's degree from Brandeis University.
