Claire Ashfield

Claire Ashfield is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Global Head of ER Business Management. They previously held various roles in notable financial institutions, including Equities HR Manager at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Global Equity Derivatives BP at UBS. Claire has also worked as an HR Specialist at Accenture and held leadership positions in diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as general HR business management. They earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from London South Bank University and a degree in Geographical Science from the University of Portsmouth.
