Colette Ferguson

Colette Ferguson is an experienced Chief of Staff and COO currently serving as the Executive Director of the GWM Integration Office and Head of Workforce Transformation at UBS. Colette has held various leadership roles within UBS, including Executive Director and Head of the Regional Operating Office EMEA, as well as Associate Director in the Office of the APAC Group COO. Prior to this, Colette completed an internship with Senator Harry Reid in the United States Senate and worked as a Business Manager for the Chief of Staff Europe at UBS. Colette holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics from the University of Nottingham and an Advanced Certificate in Corporate Governance from ICSA: The Governance Institute.
