Cornelia Roffler

Cornelia Roffler has extensive experience in human resources, training, and communications, primarily within UBS from 1990 to 2016. Initially working as a Credit Advisor, they progressed to roles such as International Assignee in Structured Finance and later took on significant leadership positions, including HR Global Operations, Training & Communications lead and HR Client Relationship Manager. In these roles, Cornelia was responsible for training on HR systems, stakeholder management, and overseeing recruitment for Investment Management and Operations/IT. They also played a key role in global HR transformation projects, demonstrating their dedication to improving HR practices and employee engagement.
