Dale Gordon

Dale Gordon is currently the Head of Tax for Australia and New Zealand at UBS, where they manage the tax risk for the UBS ANZ franchise. Previously, they served as Head of Tax at Westpac from 2010 to 2022, overseeing tax advisory, risk management, and governance. Dale also worked at King & Wood Mallesons as a solicitor and senior associate from 1998 to 2006, advising companies on tax matters related to banking and corporate transactions. They began their career as a tax consultant at PwC from 1996 to 1998. Dale is pursuing multiple degrees at Macquarie University in Economics, Accounting, and Law, as well as a Master of Law at the University of Sydney.
