Dan Avershin

Dan Avershin is an experienced trader specializing in Emerging Markets FX and Interest Rates derivatives at UBS. They previously held positions as a broker at ICAP and a trader at Goldman Sachs, where they focused on foreign exchange and interest rate derivatives, covering Russia and other emerging markets. They served as the Head of the onshore FX Trading desk at UBS from 2015 to 2018, where they established an FX trading desk in Moscow and expanded product offerings. Dan holds an MSc in Physics from Imperial College London.
