Daniel Morales is currently the General Counsel for Group Functions at UBS, where they provide legal advice and support to various divisions while managing a team of 60 lawyers across multiple global locations. Previously, Morales has held significant roles including Managing Director and Head of Corporate Legal at UBS AG, and General Counsel for several key segments within UBS. They also served as an Associate at Homburger and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP early in their career. Morales earned a Licentiate degree in Law from Universität Zürich and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law. Recently, they took on the role of Chairman of the Regulatory Board at SIX.
