David Morgan

David Morgan is a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer & Head of Product Management in IB Operations at UBS, where they oversee global operational management and digital transformation initiatives. With over twenty years of experience in banking operations, David previously held several key positions, including Global Head of Regulatory Transaction Reporting and Executive Director of Core Banking Change. Their leadership has driven significant technology changes and compliance efforts across multiple regions. David earned a Master's in Science in Physics with First Class Honours from Imperial College London.
