David O'Donoghue is currently the Head of Global Content and Structuring Direct Investments, as well as the Head of Corporate Finance at UBS GWM. They have extensive experience in equity derivatives structuring, fund linked products, and wealth management. Previously, David held a Managing Director position at UBS, where they led various groups in structured equity distribution and retirement solutions. Their career also includes a role at JP Morgan Chase focused on fund linked products structuring. David earned a BA Hons in Business Economics from the University of Leicester.
