Debjani Raffan has a strong background in finance and law, with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Starting as a Tax Advisor at Arthur Andersen from 1997 to 2000, Debjani transitioned to an Assistant Fund Manager role at Williams de Broe from 2000 to 2005. Following this, Debjani served as a Client Advisor at UBS from 2005 to 2016, eventually becoming the Regional Head UBS Scotland.
