Eileen Friedberg

Eileen Friedberg is a strategic people and operations leader specializing in change management, practice management, and workforce planning. With extensive experience in enterprise-critical initiatives at UBS, they currently lead efforts to align executive stakeholders and enhance internal consulting capabilities. Previously, Eileen held roles at American Express, Blaqwell, Inc., and Deloitte, among others, where they contributed to business strategy and consulting projects. Eileen holds a BS from New York University, an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MA from Teachers College of Columbia University.
