Fernando Vita is a Managing Director at UBS and has served as a Board Member for Grupo TV1 since 2015. With over 25 years of experience in Investment Banking, Fernando held key leadership roles at J.P. Morgan and UBS, focusing on M&A, Equity and Debt Capital Markets, and corporate finance. Notable achievements include managing significant transactions like Natura's acquisition of Avon and the divestment of Credit Suisse’s real estate asset management business. Fernando earned a BA in Business Administration from FAAP and completed high school at Graded - The American School of São Paulo.
