Fidelis Lenzini

Fidelis Lenzini is currently the Head of Process and Quality Specialist at UBS in Brazil, where they oversee processes, quality assurance, and compliance topics related to AML, KYC, and financial crime prevention. Previously, they held various roles at Credit Suisse Brasil, including VP of Client Management and Risk & Controls, where they implemented operational support and improved client interactions. Fidelis began their career as an intern in Strategic and Financial Planning at Banco Sofisa S/A and earned a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 2019.
