Florent Keufer is an M&A Director at UBS with over 9 years of experience in investment banking. Previously, Florent held positions at PwC as an M&A Senior Manager and Ubisoft as a Group Financial Planning Manager, where they played a key role in various high-profile transactions. Florent began their career at Grant-Thornton France as an M&A Associate, managing acquisition processes across multiple sectors. They earned an MSc in Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and a Master in Management with a concentration in Finance from EDHEC Business School.
