Gary Clayton

Gary Clayton is the Head of Human Resources for Australia and New Zealand at UBS, where they are responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent while managing a team of approximately 12 HR professionals. Previously, they held various roles at Westpac from 1992 to 2000, including Branch Manager and HR Manager, where they oversaw HR services across a region and the IT operations function. Additionally, they served as the Regional Head of Human Resources Service Delivery for the APAC region at UBS from 2012 to 2013, and worked as an HR Manager at IBM Global Services from 2000 to 2003. Gary holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Corporate Administration and Management from Curtin University of Technology, completed in 1994.
